Our work focuses on topics such as self-worth, creative blocks, performance anxiety, life vision, dealing with uncertainty, and finding a healthy balance between career, artistic expression, and personal well-being.

Having spent many years as a professional musician myself, I know how closely passion, success, and inner doubt can be intertwined. That experience is the foundation of my coaching: creating a space for clarity, growth, and a new perspective on what it means to live a meaningful life through music.

More Than a Million Views

Hi, I'm Marco.

I've been fortunate to make music for more than 25 years. And if there's one thing music has taught me, it's this:

Some of life's greatest moments can be found in a single note, a single performance, or a single genuine connection—but probably not in a million views.

I've always been fascinated not only by music itself but also by life's deeper questions: people and their stories, philosophy, yoga, meditation, and the challenge of following your passion without losing yourself along the way.

I've experienced life as a guitarist, singer, bandleader, festival organizer, and performer. Today, I bring all of those experiences into my work as a coach.

Backstage Journey grew out of this path—for musicians who feel there's something more waiting for them.
